Hubungan Karakteristik dan Asupan Zat Gizi dengan Status Gizi Penderita Kanker yang Menjalani Kemoterapi

Abstract Â
Nutritional intake and nutritional status needed to prepare for further chemotherapy. Many cancer patients are in a state of malnutrition during cancer treatment.. The study aims to determine the relationship of characteristics and nutrient intake with the nutritional status of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The study design was cross sectional, with 64 samples determined by consecutive sampling. Data were collected in August - October 2019 at the RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Nutrient intake was obtained from interviews using SQ FFQ for consumption for 1 week before chemotherapy. Responding with BMI <18.5 and ≥ 25 were 48.7%, low Hb levels were 53.1%. Many respondents were aged 41 - 60 years (54.6%), breast cancer (52.2%), frequency of chemotherapy 1-2 (67.19%) duration of chemotherapy 1 day (71.8%). energy respondents in the category of not good (87.5%), protein (64.1%), fat (64.1%), carbohydrates (78.1%), zinc (85.9%), vitamin C (28.1%). All respondents showed good intake category of Mn, Cu and vitamin A. Chi square test results showed an association between types of cancer with BMI (p = 0.015), . There was no relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) with age (p = 0.056), frequency of chemotherapy (p = 0,149), duration of chemotherapy (p = 0,834), nutritional counseling status (p = 0,771), energy intake (p = 0,282), protein (p = 0,790), fat (p =1,000), fat (p =0,555), zinc (p =0,278), vitamin C (p = 0,601).. The type of cancer is related to BMI, but age, frequency of chemotherapy, duration of chemotherapy, nutritional counseling status, nutrient intake are not related to BMI
Abstrak
Asupan gizi dan status gizi yang baik diperlukan sebagai persiapan kemoterapi selanjutnya. Banyak penderita kanker yang berada pada kondisi malnutrisi selama pengobatan kanker Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik dan asupan zat gizi dengan status gizi penderita kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Rancangan penelitian adalah cross sectional, dengan 64 sampel yang ditentukan secara consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan pada bulan AgustusOktober 2019 di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Asupan zat gizi diperoleh dari wawancara menggunakan SQ FFQ untuk konsumsi selama 1 minggu sebelum kemoterapi. Responden dengan IMT <18,5 dan ≥25 sebanyak 48,7%. Responden terbanyak pada usia 41 – 60 th (54,6%), kanker payudara (52,2%), frekuensi kemoterapi yang ke 1-2 (67,19%) durasi kemoterapi 1 hari (71,8%). Asupan energy responden dalam kategori tidak baik (87,5%), protein (64,1%), lemak (64,1%), karbohidrat (78,1%), seng (85,9%), vitamin C (28,1%). Semua responden mempunyai asupan Mn, Cu dan vitamin A dalam kategori baik. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara jenis kanker dengan IMT (p=0,015). Tidak ada hubungan antara Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT)) dengan usia (p= 0,056), frekuensi kemoterapi (p = 0,149), durasi kemoterapi (p =0,834), status konseling gizi (p = 0,771), asupan energi (p = 0,282), protein (p = 0,790), lemak (p = 1,00), karbohidrat (p = 0,555), seng (p = 0,278), vitamin C (p = 0,601). Jenis kanker berhubungan dengan IMT, tetapi usia, frekuensi kemoterapi, durasi kemoterapi, status konseling gizi, asupan zat gizi tidak berhubungan dengan IMT.
