Beneficiaries who are not regulated by law certainly reap problems that can cause new problems in Limited Liability Companies. These problems will have an impact on the company's wheels, where there are vital organs that are not given a strong legal umbrella through the Act. The juridical aspect is very important because it serves as a stepping stone in carrying out legal actions so that the actions taken are legally valid. In the case of losses incurred by the corporate structure due to the crime of money laundering in which the beneficial owner who is not included in the internal company experiences losses as a result of the crime This condition is exacerbated because the beneficial owner is not included in the company's structure and there is no clarity in the regulations so that not only the problem of legal uncertainty arises, but also legal injustice, especially for the beneficial owner.
