This journal discusses the theory of "Social protection is anchored in the universal right of everyone to social security and to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of themselves and their families. It derives from the principle that no one should live below a certain income level and everyone should have access to basic social services "where social security or social protection is the right to an adequate standard of living, including the heirs of victims of accidents on the road or public transportation. whether on land, sea, air. Where accidents are experienced by the breadwinner of the family. The welfare of the family left behind due to an accident needs to be protected. This stems from the principle that no one is allowed to live below a certain income and everyone should have access to basic social services /protection. This is a big responsibility of the state, a form of state presence
