Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kejelasan Kerja Dan Penempatan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at the Duluwo Limo Lopohalaa Gorontalo Education Foundation. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software through prerequisite tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that: (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; (2) job clarity has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction; and (3) simultaneously, the variables of leadership, job clarity, and job placement have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. These findings suggest that organizational commitment and appropriate job placement are crucial factors in enhancing job satisfaction, while job clarity requires further attention to maximize its impact.
