Gorontalo Agriculture Technology Journal

Gorontalo Agriculture Technology Journal (GATJ) is a periodical scientific journal published by the Gorontalo University of Agricultural Technology Departement. GATJ is published twice a year, in April and October. The purpose of this journal is to provide a place for academics, researchers, and practitioners to publish original research articles or review articles. The scope of articles published in this journal relates to various topics in the fields of Agricultural Product Processing Technology, Postharvest Technology, Biochemistry and Food Nutrition, Food Microbiology and Biotechnology, Food Industry Management, Food Industry Technology, and Agricultural Engineering.

The articles published at GATJ are going through a peer review process that is in accordance with the field of science. Therefore, the decision of whether or not a scientific article is accepted, will be the right of the Editorial Board based on a peer review recommendation. Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation text. Authors who submit texts to editors must comply with the author's guidelines and templates. If the text sent is not in accordance with the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The Editorial Team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified formatting requirements.
