Gorontalo Agriculture Technology Journal is a periodical scientific journal published by the Gorontalo University of Agricultural Technology Department. This journal is published twice a year, in April and October. This journal provides a place for academics, researchers, and practitioners to publish original research articles or review articles. The scope of articles published in this journal relates to various topics in the fields of Agricultural Product Processing Technology, Postharvest Technology, Biochemistry and Food Nutrition, Food Microbiology and Biotechnology, Food Industry Management, Food Industry Technology, and Agricultural Engineering.
The articles published in Gorontalo Agriculture Technology Journal are going through a peer review process that is in accordance with the field of science. Therefore, whether or not a scientific article is accepted, will be the right of the Editorial Board based on a peer review recommendation. Authors who submit manuscripts to editors must comply with the author's templates. If the manuscript sent is not in accordance with the template or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The Editorial Team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified formatting requirements. Starting from Volume 5 Number 2 2022, we updated the article template.
